  I was physically brought to my hands and knees from throwing my back out. It was the worst back pain I have ever had, hands down. I was 8 days away from going on a golf trip and I could not even take a step without excruciating pain. I barely hobbled into Dr Kettering's office. He was grinning and I was in no mood for a smile that day. But it was Dr Kettering's calming attitude that told me I was probably in the right place. Long story short, 4 days after I left Dr Kettering's office I was swinging a golf club and was almost 100%. By the time I got to the golf trip it was like nothing ever happened. I was straightened out and doctor gave me specific simple exercises which I have been doing ever since. All with a calming, gentle approach that made the whole experience as smooth as one could imagine. Thank you doc!

  Having been a football player over the past 15+ yrs and training with heavy weights my back takes a beating. A few times I've come in with the inability to move freely and after a few sessions and post care instructions I was back to my old self. Dr. Andrew Kettering goes above and behind to make sure my back and body is good to go. Thanks again Dr. Kettering
