  I really appreciated the way Rick and his staff helped me get a lower rate for my car and homeowners insurance. I was previously with Progressive for years and they would not cut me a good rate, even though I was adding on company vehicles, and homeowners insurance. He was very thorough and explained the answers to my questions very well. I would highly recommend Rick and his agency to anyone who is searching for a great State Farm Agent.

  I am a new customer at Rick Milanak State Farm Insurance - I had been with Erie for 8 years and decided to shop around just to see what some other companies were like. I decided to take my business to Rick's Agency. We spoke on the phone and he was very accomodating and answered all of my questions. When I went to meet with him, it was the first time since I had insurance that someone took the time to explian what all the coverages meant - I understood everything for the first time in my life. I really feel like Rick cares about me and my family on a personal basis - I am not "just a number". Highly reccommend - Suzanne
