  I just got off the phone with someone who works at Oyster Point, no idea of her credentials or what her job title is exactly. All I know is that she was snooty and unhelpful. Our son's doctor messed up by NOT phoning in a prescription to the pharmacy. When I called to get that looked after, this employee, rather than being apologetic and helpful, was only able to tell me in a snotty tone that she would let the nurse know. When I explained that the pharmacy closes at 2 and asked if the nurse would be able to get to it before that, she kept repeating that she would let the nurse know and that she didn't know if the nurse could get to it by that time. Was that helpful in any way? And if she had actually SOUNDED like she was trying to be helpful I wouldn't be upset. However, like I said, she just got snottier about it. We generally like the doctors and nurses that work at Oyster Point, but this is not the first time that I have talked to a "behind the scenes" person who was rude, and unfortunately when you go to this office you will have to deal with these people as well. Something to keep in mind for sure.

  Have been a patient at Oyster Point for 25+ years. I'm not real find of some of the Doctors there. But took my my son there today to be seen for severe migraine. They were more than accomadating by fitting us in with they're already packed schedule. We saw a physicians assistant by the name of Linda. I am alwayalways leary of past. But she was very professional and very thorough! Was very happy with the care she gave to my son. Would definitely see her again! Thank you Linda!
