- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used this office for years (20+) as the doctor I had as my primary care physician was thorough and very good. The office staff has high turnover and gives poor customer service. I have had enough. I have lost all faith in this facility to provide me with routine health services, let alone services for any major health concerns. This facility is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to their inability to notify and follow-up with patients (you have to call repeatedly or physically go in to get ANYTHING done), their inability to maintain their records (which is your medical history... mine has been mixed up and/or lost multiple times), and their lack of professionalism (rude staff). However, they are under new management... again... and are trying to improve. For me, this is too little, too late. I understand that most people only post a review when it is negative, however, the other reviews on here seem to mirror my own (and my family's) experiences. I wish them the best of luck in getting this facility turned around, there are good people and medical professionals there. There were way too many mistakes made.October 12, 2017by Kelly Lange
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For The last two years it has been the office of HELL to myself and my extended family who also uses this practice as their family doctor. We have all held on for our two doctors Dr. Karim and Dr. Ling. We are all looking to get out before one us gets killed by the office staff. Including the office manager who should be fired. The staff she protects are Killing patients. My suggestion is to run from this office. I will give anyone who desires a full report of my families grieviences with this office . There are 14 family members of mine who are leaving/left this practice. Dr ling was the last straw after they pushed him out.March 12, 2017by Ren Heck
